Two main forces achieve merger
In October, after multiple rounds of negotiations and consultations, TNJON Industry and relevant parties of LANRID Qingdao Factory have reached an agreement, and TNJON Industry has officially completed the wholly-owned merger of LANRID Qingdao Factory. This merger will optimize the allocation of production resources for both parties, increase investment in upgrading and transforming production equipment at the Qingdao factory, introduce advanced production and sales management systems from Taiju Industry, and improve production efficiency and product quality.
